To Our Clients,

We hope you have all stayed safe and healthy during the quarantine. As the number of COVID-19 cases has dropped locally and many NJ businesses are starting to reopen, we are planning a phased return to our normal appointment protocols. On July 1st at our Downtown Location (July 6th for Journal Square), we will start allowing clients into the building once again, with restrictions. The safety of our clients and staff is a top priority, so these restrictions will slowly be lifted only as the COVID-19 situation improves. Please observe the following protocol changes that will be implemented:

• As of July 1st, 2020, we will start allowing one person per pet inside the clinic at the Downtown Location. (July 6th for Journal Square Location)
• Only one person will be allowed inside for each pet. Any additional people will be asked to wait outside regardless of the weather, so please plan ahead.
• All clients coming into the clinic will be required to wear a face mask or covering.
• Anyone not wearing a face mask will not be allowed into the clinic. If you cannot or will not wear a mask for any reason, you may ask for a no-contact appointment.
• All clients are asked to maintain appropriate social distancing from clients and staff.
• For clients who still prefer no-contact appointments, this option will be available for the foreseeable future.

Since the quarantine started, we have had a decreased capacity to see appointments and an increased demand for appointments due to the closing of other clinics in the area. We recognize that this has resulted in longer wait times for an appointment. We expect that seeing patients in-clinic will increase our capacity once again and help to resolve the appointment backup.
